We are pleased to have achieved a Net Promoter Score of 53 in our latest survey, which is 56% above Survey Monkey’s Global Benchmark. 61% of respondents when asked on a scale of 1-10 how likely it would be that they'd recommend Fixmart to a friend or colleague gave us a score of 9 or 10 (showing they are extremly likely to recomend us).
